This standard Dreadnought from Merida sounds balanced and aggressive because of the combination of solid sitka spruce top and ovangkol back and sides. This beautiful guitar is not only great to look at, but it feels really comfortable in your arms and sounds equally as good. The M15 has a really comfortable mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard as well as a rosewood headstock cap and a rosewood bridge. They handcraft a really cool geometric rosette out of different woods. Other features are Grover tuners, Graphtech Tusq XL nut and saddle. It is strung it with D'addario EXP coated strings. This is a guitar of great value for the money and it's no wonder they are nearly impossible to find in the U.S.
